R.J. is a native of Central Washington, having grown up in Ellensburg where he graduated in 1981. R.J. went into the Army right after graduation from High School. A graduate of the now defunct Bailie School of Broadcast (possibly because of the fact that it was next to the school of mixology and Bailie students got to drink the mixology students mistakes) R.J. is a 19 year veteran of the radio biz and has also worked for the Butte Copper Kings of the Pioneer League and the Tacoma Rainiers of the Pacific Coast League as well as Play-By-Play for Local High School Games and C.W.U.
